Psy Protocol is a PoW-based privacy-focused L1 public chain (which has demonstrated approximately 521,000 TPS on a real running PoW network), deeply integrating the neutrality and security of proof-of-work with the high scalability and speed brought by new public chains. On October 2, 2025, Psy Protocol announced the launch of its public testnet, introducing a new blockchain architecture aimed at achieving internet-level throughput and Bitcoin-level security.
According to ROOTDATA data, Psy Protocol has completed a $9 million funding round, with investments from Blockchain Capital and others.
